From our studio and deck, guests enjoy views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Sugarloaf Island, creating an inspiring backdrop for gatherings, movement, and connection.

Haven serves as a home for weekly fitness and mindful movement classes, as well as special workshops, retreats, and community events throughout the year. The space features a relaxed Coastal Boho aesthetic with soft ocean colors and neutral accents, and an abundance of lush greenery. Large windows fill the studio with natural light and frame the stunning turquoise waters just beyond.
